    Registration, Sampling, Shopping & Networking begins at 6 pm.  Class begins at 6:30 pm

     Join HTN for this educational & hands-on event!

    Learn all about fermented vegetables and fruit, and why you should make your own.  It’s easy, fun and nutritious!  Then try your own hand at it!  Enjoy the satisfaction of making your own fermented cabbage and gain the confidence to repeat the process at home with other vegetables and fruit.

    Everything you’ll need to make a quart of sauerkraut will be provided.  Ferment Pounders are OPTIONAL in the process.  If you have one, bring it.  If you want one, we’ll have them available for purchase at a special discounted price during this event

    Enjoy samples and recipes!

    The Nourishing Traditions Cookbook and other helpful fermentation cookbooks will be available for purchase.
